Does your knife set a tune up?  Let the KC bring that factory edge back to your knives.  Not only will you wonder how you had ever gone this long without getting them sharpened but it's safer too.  A sharper knife means you use less pressure to cut which reduces your chance of the knife slipping and getting injured.

 

We can sharpen European or Asian angled knives as well as pocket knives, steak knives, scissors, serrated even ceramic.  We once had a request to sharpen a metal spatula.

 

Generally we have your knives ready the next day.  One approach is to drop them off when you go on vacation or when you will be away for a day or so, that way you are not without them and they are ready when you return.
