About Us
Khristopher: I love to cook so after years of working in the industry, I went to the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) in New York. After graduating, I went into artisan baking, restaurant management and now gourmet food retailing. Food is my life and life is good!
Janet: She supported me through culinary school and now enjoys a lifetime of not cooking. You will occasionally glimpse her in the store but she keeps busy with a job in the photo business and being the mother of the cute redhead below.
Sadie: Our little Sous Chef. Perhaps you have met her hanging out at the store after school or wearing her box disguise on the sidewalk asking for passerbys' autographs. She is a wonderful cook and the inspiration in all that we do.
